Your grades, attendance and lessons — in one portal.

VEDA PORTAL is the official Senior High School portal of Vedasto R. Santiago High School in Salacot, San Miguel, Bulacan. Students, teachers, advisers and coordinators all work from the same records — so what you see is what the school has on file.

Capabilities

What you can do in VEDA PORTAL

One place for every Senior High School academic record — reachable by the student it belongs to, the teacher who records it, and the coordinator who oversees it.

Grades

See each subject's grade as soon as your teacher posts it, term by term — with the breakdown behind the number.

Attendance & schedule

Check your class program for the week and your running attendance record in every subject.

Learning materials

Open modules, activities and assignments per class, and submit your work before the deadline.

Progress & analytics

Follow how you're doing across the three terms — and let advisers see section-level performance at a glance.

Consultation

Request a consultation with a subject teacher or your adviser, and see the slots they've opened.

Early alerts

The Decision Support System flags students who may need help early, so support arrives before the term closes.

Roles

Built for four roles

Everyone signs in through the same door, then lands on the dashboard built for their job. What you can see and change depends on the account the school issued you.

Getting started

How to sign in

Accounts are created by the school. There is no public sign-up — if you don't have one yet, ask your class adviser or the school registrar.

1

Students

Your username is your 12-digit LRN. Your first password is issued by the school — ask your class adviser or the registrar if you don't have it yet.

2

Teachers and staff

Use the username and temporary password given to you by the school admin. You'll replace the temporary one right away.

3

First sign-in

The portal asks you to complete your profile and set a new password before your dashboard opens. Both are required, once.

Forgot your password? Use the “Forgot password?” link on the sign-in screen to reset it by email, or contact the school if you still can't get in.

Questions we get a lot

I forgot my password. What do I do?

Use the “Forgot password?” link on the login page to reset it, or contact the school registrar or the Contact Support page if you still cannot get in.

Where can I see my grades and attendance?

After logging in, open “My Grades” and “My Attendance” from the sidebar. Grades appear once your teacher has recorded and released them for the semester.

Why do my grades show as failed or empty?

Grades reflect only what your teachers have entered. If a subject has no grade yet, it will stay blank until the teacher uploads it — an empty subject does not mean you failed.

Who do I contact for technical problems?

Reach out through the Contact Support page. Please include your name, LRN, and a short description of the problem so we can help you faster.
