Terms of Service

By accessing VEDA PORTAL, students, faculty, and staff of Vedasto R. Santiago High School agree to use the system responsibly and only for legitimate academic purposes. Please read these terms carefully; continued use of the portal means you accept them.

Acceptable Use

VEDA PORTAL is provided for teaching, learning, and school administration. You agree not to misuse the system — for example, by attempting to access records that are not yours, disrupting the service, uploading harmful files, or using the portal for any unlawful or non-academic activity.

Accounts & Access

Accounts are issued by the School. Students sign in using their LRN, and each role (student, teacher, curriculum chairman, administrator) is granted access only to the features and records appropriate to it. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify the School promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

User Responsibilities

Keep your profile information accurate and up to date. Submit only your own work, and make sure that anything you upload does not infringe the rights of others. Treat teachers, classmates, and staff with respect in all communications made through the portal.

Academic Integrity

Grades, submissions, and records in VEDA PORTAL are part of your official academic standing. Dishonest acts — such as cheating, plagiarism, or tampering with records — may result in disciplinary action under the School's policies.

Availability & Limitation of Liability

The School works to keep VEDA PORTAL available and accurate but does not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, the School is not liable for losses arising from service interruptions or from use of the portal. Official academic records held by the School remain the authoritative source in case of any discrepancy.

Changes to These Terms

The School may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page, and continued use of the portal after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
